For Ijen, photo documentation not included, though our guide will help you to take some photos.

• This tour requires a minimum of 2 persons and must be aged 5+ to participate in this activity.
• This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
Prohibitions & Limitations
1. This activity is not recommended for anyone with impaired physical mobility, pregnant women, and anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.
2. This tour could be canceled due to extreme weather or unforeseen events. If canceled, you may book a different date or ask for a refund.
Ijen “Taxi”
Ijen “taxi” or traditional cart is not included in the package. If you want to use the facility, please prepare your own money, they only accept cash payment in Indonesia Rupiah.
Ijen Health Certificate
Since January 2024 every visitor to Ijen must bring health certificate.
If you don’t bring your own health certificate, you can check at clinic in Ijen area. Our driver or tour guide will assists you.
Health Certificate is not included in the package. Bring cash money for payment (about IDR 40.000).

Hotel & Airport Pick Up Information
1. Send your arrival flight details for airport pickup.
2. Our driver will reconfirm your pick-up time.
3. Please ready at the hotel lobby 5 minutes before your pick up time.
4. Driver will wait for up to 15 minutes before leaving, no refunds after this time.
5. Pick-up and drop-off outside our coverage area will incur an additional surcharge.
